Private, quiet and peaceful, with outrageously clear night skies and starlight. Prolific birdlife has native hawks circling, nearby fields are home to alpacas, lambs and ponies.
Guests’ own separate entrance and secure off street parking area. Wifi available . We want you to enjoy the peace of the countryside, so there is no tv,but, if you want to watch a big game, there are two pubs within 3 minute’s drive, where you can relax and watch on the big screen. We welcome motorsport fans; Hampton Downs is 5 minutes away, and we have secure off street parking.
Continental breakfast provided using locally sourced fresh produce.We can arrange meals (with notice) to eat with us, or for you to have in your apartment. there is an additional cost for this (but we love cooking and creating great food)

Well equipped community kitchen and bathroom which owners clean. $135 per week includes room, power, water, TV, unlimited broadband and heater. Can be furnished if necessary. Suit professional person, no pets or smokers soon.Meals by arrangement if required.

Each apartment has 2 large bedrooms with built in wardrobes and you can select the configuration of each room, being either a king double bedroom or 2 king singles. We also have apartments available with a foldout double bed in the living area.
The spacious self contained apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, are ipod friendly, high speed data connection, Sky Digital TV, Live Feed and Lap Records for Major Race Meetings, a large parking area and we are only 25 minutes from the Auckland International Airport.
Located in North Waikato near Huntly (15 minutes), Mercer (5 minutes), South Auckland (20 minutes), Franklin (12 minutes), Pukekohe (17 minutes) and Bombay (15 minutes) and an easy distance from Auckland (40 minutes), Tauranga, Hamilton (40 minutes), Rotorua and Taupo!
