Te Kauwhata College
Te Kauwhata College is a Decile 5 high school with a roll of approximately 500 Year 7 – 13 students.
Waerenga School is a small, rural school in the North Waikato catering for Year 0 – 6 students. It is a decile 8 school with a roll fluctuating between 80 and 95 students in any given year. Children are from a predominately farming background, with other families employed in a variety of occupations.
With a small roll of only 19 students, Rangiriri School is located in Rangiriri, a small settlement just south of Te Kauwhata.

Ohinewai is a small, semi-rural community situated approximately 7 kilometres north of Huntly. The school is located in the heart of the community just off SH 1, and caters for students in Years 1 to 8. Ohinewai School is a five teacher school with a roll that sits between 100 -120 children. The school has five classrooms; a special needs room, a library, a swimming pool and a meeting/assembly utility room. A caring atmosphere is a key feature of our school environment.
