Luxury accom- 5 mins to Hampton Downs. Set in a rural 'kiwi' village, this is a great spot to relax and recharge before or after your journey; less than an hour to Auckland or Hamilton airports

Private, quiet and peaceful, with outrageously clear night skies and starlight. Prolific birdlife has native hawks circling, nearby fields are home to alpacas, lambs and ponies.

Guests' own separate entrance and secure off street parking area. Wifi available . We want you to enjoy the peace of the countryside, so there is no tv,but, if you want to watch a big game, there are two pubs within 3 minute's drive, where you can relax and watch on the big screen. We welcome motorsport fans; Hampton Downs is 5 minutes away, and we have secure off street parking.

Continental breakfast provided using locally sourced fresh produce.We can arrange meals (with notice) to eat with us, or for you to have in your apartment. there is an additional cost for this (but we love cooking and creating great food)
